This policy explains what data we collect, why, and which cookies maxartdesign.com uses. Analytics and marketing cookies load only after explicit consent.
What data we collect
Data you send through the contact form or the chat with Eva (name, email, phone, message content), and anonymous usage statistics if you consented to analytics cookies.
Legal basis and purpose
We process enquiries based on your consent and our legitimate interest in replying. Analytics and marketing cookies are processed solely on the basis of consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Signing in with Google or Facebook
If you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive only your name, email address and profile photo. We use them to know who Eva is talking to, to show your name next to a review you leave, and to reply to you. We never post on your behalf and never receive your password.
Data deletion
You can ask us to delete your account and all related data (Eva conversations, reviews, enquiries) at any time by emailing max@maxartdesign.com from the address you signed in with. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email. You can also remove MaxArt's access in your Google or Facebook account settings.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent — use the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
Consent retention
Your cookie choice is stored in your browser for 12 months, after which we ask again.
